🔁 Order Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation Window: Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order, only if the product has not been shipped.

  • After shipment, cancellation is not possible. You may initiate a return once you receive the product (subject to eligibility).

  • To cancel an order, please email us at zenocasaxyz@gmail.com or call +91 70462 68037 with your Order ID.

Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.

📦 Return & Replacement Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

✅ Eligible Reasons for Return:

  • Product received is damaged, defective, or wrong item delivered

  • Item is missing parts/accessories

  • Product is not as described or shown on the website

❌ Non-Returnable Conditions:

  • Product has been used, washed, or altered

  • Product is returned without original packaging or tags

  • Return is initiated after 48 hours of delivery

Note: All return requests must be supported with clear images/videos of the product and packaging for verification.

📤 How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order

  2. Provide your Order ID, reason for return, and photos/video proof (if applicable)

  3. Our support team will review your request and guide you through the return process

  4. Pickup will be arranged (wherever available), or you may be asked to ship the item to our address

💳 Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be issued only after product inspection and quality verification

  • Once approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

  • You will receive an email/SMS confirmation once the refund has been initiated

Important Notes:

  • In the case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made to your bank account via NEFT/IMPS

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the error was on our side

🔁 Replacement Policy

If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, we will dispatch a new product once the return is verified. Replacements are subject to stock availability.

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days:

  1. Check your bank account or payment source again

  2. Contact your payment provider or bank
